Recruiting Calendar
Calvin's academic calendar begins in late August/early September and concludes in late April.
Informational Sessions and Interviewing
We offer virtual information sessions and virtual interviews, using our technology (MS Teams) or yours. We will coordinate your schedule and advertise to students. To get started, contact us at (616) 526-6485 or career@calvin.edu.
Career Fairs
Career fairs are held throughout the academic year, often in collaboration with other area universities and colleges. We plan to offer a combination of in-person and virtual career fairs in 2021-2022. Check the events list for details about upcoming fairs. Career fair cancellation policy: registered employers will receive a 50% refund if cancellation occurs more than two weeks prior to the fair. For cancellations less than two weeks prior to the fair and no-shows, refunds will not be available. Registration fees should be paid prior to the fair. If they are not, payment must be submitted within 30 days following the event, including payment by employers who do not show up for an event for which they have registered. Employers with an unpaid balance due to non-remittance, late cancellation or non-attendance will not be able to register for future events until full payment for past events is received.
