Calvin's academic calendar begins in early September and concludes in mid-May. Our year consists of a 4-1-4 plan with two four-month semesters and a one-month interim term in January. The student population is lower in January due to off-campus interim programs.
Informational Sessions and On-Campus Interviewing

Informational Display Tables
Informational display tables are available on a limited basis. Two tables are available at Johnny's on Wednesdays only. We will provide you with a table and chairs near an electrical outlet and advertise your visit. Please stop by the Career Center when you arrive on campus prior to setting up your table. We can also reserve a classroom for informational meetings.
Career fairs are held throughout the academic year, often in collaboration with other area colleges. Check the events list for details about upcoming fairs, or contact Laurie Lemmen at (616) 526-8744 or firstname.lastname@example.org with questions. Career fair cancellation policy: registered employers will receive a 50% refund if cancellation occurs more than two weeks prior to the fair. For cancellations less than two weeks prior to the fair and no-shows, refunds will not be available. Registration fees should be paid prior to the fair. If they are not, payment must be submitted within 30 days following the event, including payment by employers who do not show up for an event for which they have registered. Employers with an unpaid balance due to non-remittance, late cancellation or non-attendance will not be able to register for future events until full payment for past events is received.
