All students, faculty, and staff who report COVID-19 symptoms or who are exposed to the virus must follow the testing, contact tracing and quarantine protocols established by Calvin University, the Kent County Health Department, and the State of Michigan.
Report your symptoms of illness using the #CampusClear app or the COVID Reporting Form, and Calvin University staff will follow up with further instructions.
A negative test result or a note from your provider that you have been symptom free for a minimum of 72 hours or 10 days (whichever is longer) is needed to return to work or classes on campus. The Calvin COVID-19 contact tracers will be in contact with you early in the process and can answer questions about isolation, quarantine, or specific support needs that arise.
