Lodging is available in the residence halls on Friday, May 22, and Saturday, May 23. Each suite features two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms has two twin-sized beds (up to 4 guests per suite); all of the rooms are designated as non-smoking. Bed linens and towels are furnished.
The price per suite of $55 per night includes a continental breakfast in the Knollcrest Dining Hall on the mornings of May 22 and 23.
Advance reservations for Commencement Weekend Lodging are available.
Check in at the Kalsbeek-Huizenga-vanReken residence hall to receive your room assignment and keys. (follow signs on campus; campus map)
Check-in starts at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 22. Check out ends by 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 24.
The registration desk is open:
Friday, May 22: 4 p.m.–midnight
Saturday, May 23: 9 a.m.–1 p.m. & 4–10 p.m.
Sunday, May 24: 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
Please contact Event Services if you will be arriving between midnight on Friday and 9 a.m. on Saturday.
