Join TaRita Johnson, director of the career center, and Calvin alum from 1982, 2002, and 2008 to talk about strategies and advice for graduating into a tough job market.

Whether you are looking for your first job out of college, or thinking about what an internship is going to look like in the near future, stepping into an uncertain time can feel unsettling. Let us help you!

In partnership with the Career Center, the Calvin Alumni Association invites you to join a panel discussion to hear about how others weathered difficult economies at their graduation. Listen to three alums discuss how they navigated the job market during recession of the early 1980s, post-9/11, and the Great Recession of 2008, moderated by TaRita Johnson.

The alumni guests will share their stories while offering strategies and advice, but we also want to address what's on your mind. Please email Paul with questions you would like TaRita and the panel to answer, and we'll try to fit them all in.
