For students planning on working in the medical field, learn how to properly stitch up wounds along with practicing proper wound care techniques in this fun, interactive clinic!

Ideal for pre-health students, the Suture Clinic will be held on Saturday, April 6th, 2019 in DeVries Hall 106 and DeVries Hall 112. In partnership with the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, students will learn how to stitch different suture patterns during the clinic, gaining valuable hands-on medical skills needed for the field. This clinic offers an excellent opportunity for pre-health students but SPACES ARE LIMITED....register for your spot today!

Registration costs are $25 (suture kit rental)/ $30 (suture kit purchase- you keep the kit after the completion of the clinic). Students MUST pay registration fee in order to reserve their spot for the clinic; the FINAL day to register for the clinic is March 27th, 2019. Refunds due to non-participation or other unforeseen events will NOT be offered after 5:00pm on March 27th, 2019. No payments will be accepted on-site or the day of the clinic. Payment may be made in either cash or check form ONLY. All payments will be accepted at DeVries Hall 100 (Biology Department Office/Chemistry and Biochemistry Department Office).

*Please note- due to the purchasing of medical supplies for clinic, payments will be NON-REFUNDABLE after supplies are ordered.
