Twenty-two students have competed in five different states, in dozens of challenges ranging from skydiving to cliff diving, to photo scavenger hunts. They've traveled more than 5,000 miles over the past three weeks all leading up to today's final challenge.
Starting at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 24, the final five teams of two will be competing in a series of challenges. The winning team receives free books for the semester.
The Amazing Race will end where it started. The students competed in their first challenge on campus back on Thursday, January 6. From there, they competed in a series of challenges in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Los Angeles. They then flew across the country to compete in challenges in Tampa and Orlando, Florida.
Today's final challenge begins in the Spoelhof Fieldhouse Complex lobby and will have students racing across campus.
This is Calvin's first-ever Amazing Race Interim. For a complete recap, including picture and videos of all of the challenges, visit the Interim's blog: http://calvincollegeamazingrace.blogspot.com/
