Calvin to Host Parents of Slain Gaza Peace Activist

On June 22, from 6 to 8 pm in the Chapel Undercroft (lower level) at Calvin,
there will be a talk called "In Rachel's Name: Rebuilding the Nasrallah's
Demolished Gaza Home."

The speakers will be Cindy and Craig Corrie, and Samah and Khaled Nasrallah.

The Corries are the parents of Rachel Corrie, the American peace demonstrator
killed by an Israeli bulldozer in March 2003.

The Nasrallahs are the owners of the bulldozed house.

The talk is sponsored by the History Department at Calvin, the Arab-American
Organization of West Michigan, Grand Rapids Institute for Information Democracy
and the Michigan Peace Team.
