The Calvin women's swimming and diving team is ranked 16th in the latest Division III College Swim Coaches Association of America Top 25 poll. WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association has named Anna Timmer its Player of the Week in women's basketball for games played through December 12.
Timmer, a senior from Caledonia, Michigan, averaged 13.5 points per game and 16.0 rebounds per game last week as the Knights recorded victories over Alma and Saint Mary's.
She leads the team in rebounding, averaging 11.7 rebounds per game and is second in points per game at 14.3.
Last Wednesday, Timmer scored 12 points in the victory over Alma. She also recorded 15 rebounds and three assists.
At Saint Mary's on Saturday, she tallied a career-high 17 rebounds, 15 points, four steals and two assists.
Timmer has had a double-double in all four MIAA games and has 15 for her career.
She is being honored as Player of the Week for the third time in her career.
