WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

For the second consecutive year, the Calvin women's basketball team has finished as one of the top academic squads in Division III.

Under the direction of head coach John Ross, the Knights have received the Women's Basketball Coaches Association Top 25 Academic Honor Roll Award. The Knights finished 20th amongst all Division III schools with a team GPA of 3.485.

The honor comes on the heels of a 2012-13 season that saw the Calvin women's basketball team gain a share of the MIAA regular season title, receive a bid to the NCAA III Tournament and finish 23-4 overall.
Calvin was one of three MIAA institutions to receive the WBCA Academic Honor Roll award as Hope and Olivet were also so honored.

The WBCA Academic Top 25 Honor Roll annually recognizes NCAA Division I, II and III; NAIA and junior/community college institutions that carry the highest combined grade point averages inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season.

WOMEN'S TENNIS

The Calvin College women's tennis team has once again received Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic Honors. In addition, four members of the Calvin women's tennis team have received ITA All-Academic honors.

The Calvin women's tennis team was named a 2013 ITA All-Academic Team for achieving a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or above. Calvin had had a 3.503 cumulative GPA this year.
