in 21.67 and 21.70, respectively.
“Tonight was fantastic. We really came out with a lot more emotion,” said head
coach Dan Gelderloos. “We really swam well in that people were moving up in
their races from their morning seeds. We had some good personal bests. The
women’s 200 yard freestyle relay was lights out. Counsell’s 100 yard
breaststroke will get her to Texas (for Nationals). Overall, we’re pretty
pleased.”
The Calvin Winter Invitational concludes tomorrow with the final 16 events.
Prelims again start at 10:00 a.m. with the finals scheduled to start at 6:00
p.m.
