Women's Tennis Defeated By Aquinas 8-1;
Preview of Four Teams Competing at NCAA III Women's Basketball Regional
WOMEN'S TENNIS
Aquinas 8, Calvin 1
The Calvin women’s tennis team dropped an 8-1 non-conference decision to
Aquinas Thursday afternoon at the Riverview Racquet Club.
Calvin’s only point came at No. 6 singles as freshman Alli Roode picked up a
6-2, 6-1 win. Roode is now 4-0 on the year. As a team, Calvin drops to 1-3 on
the season with the loss.
Calvin returns to action next Friday when it takes on Davenport University in
a non-conference match at 6 p.m.
