The Calvin-Hope men’s basketball rivalry has again received national
attention. The storied rivalry is featured on the NCAA website in a story

This Saturday will mark the 181st meeting between the two rivals in a series
that dates back to the 1920-21 season and sees Hope holding a 93-87 series
lead. Saturday’s game at Calvin’s Van Noord Arena is set to tipoff at 3 p.m.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
he Calvin women’s basketball team has dipped one spot in the latest
D3hoops.com Top 25 poll released this afternoon. The Knights have been ranked
fourth for the past several weeks but dropped one spot in the rankings after
falling for the first time this year on Saturday in a 59-55 loss at Hope.
Defending national champion Amherst remains the top-ranked team in the country
while the University of Chicago is ranked second, George Fox ranked third and
DePauw now ranked fourth. Calvin is back in action on Wednesday when it hosts
Kalamazoo at 6 p.m. at Van Noord Arena.
