Knights to stretch their winning streak to six games.

Ranked 15th in the latest D3hoops.com Top-25 poll, Calvin (9-1 overall, 3-0

In the second half, Calvin took a double-digit lead for good on a layup inside
by senior center Lisa Winkle (South Christian HS) at the 13:30 mark and moments
later, Brummel and freshman guard Allison Griswold (Lansing Christian HS)
swished back-to-back trifectas, giving the Knights a commanding 47-28
advantage. Adrian never got closer than 15 points the rest of the way as the
Knights were able to cruise down the stretch to victory.

Brummel led the Knights with 14 points off the bench, connecting on all four of
her three-point field goal attempts. Brummel led a Calvin bench brigade that
outscored Adrian's reserves 41-22. Griswold, sophomore Sarah Partridge (East
Lansing HS) and freshman Brook VanEck (Lowell HS) also added seven points
apiece off the bench. Calvin starters Lisa Winkle and Marcia Harris (Grand
Rapids Christian HS) also scored 11 points each with Winkle grabbing nine

(Rockford HS) also had six points and eight rebounds off the bench for the
Knights.
