    MEN'S TENNIS

    Calvin dipped to 1-11 overall and to 0-3 in the MIAA with a 9-0 loss to
    national power Kalamazoo Tuesday afternoon in a conference match at Calvin. On
    Monday, Calvin picked up a 7-2 non-conference victory over visiting
    Cornerstone.

    The Knights will now prepare for a busy weekend as they will host Lake Superior
    State Saturday morning at 9:00 and then turn around to face Spring Arbor the
    same day at 2:30 pm at the Calvin Tennis Courts.

    SOFTBALL

    Calvin's conference doubleheader at St. Mary's Tuesday afternoon was postponed
    until Monday, April 16 because of weather conditions in the state of Indiana.
    In the meantime three conference doubleheaders were completed on Tuesday.
    Calvin returns to action on Friday when it opens play at a weekend invitational
    hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

    Calvin's scheduled non-conference baseball game at Manchester Tuesday was
    postponed because of rain while its women's tennis match at St. Mary's was also
    postponed. Makeup dates have not yet been made.

    CALVIN SPORTS WEB SITE RECEIVES NEW DESIGN

    The Calvin sports information web site has a new look thanks to Calvin web
    manager Luke Robinson, a 1997 Calvin graduate. Robinson's new design features a
    "breaking news" board along with links to sites featuring all 17 of Calvin's
    athletic teams. Archived sports information press releases are also now
    available as well as links to feature stories on Calvin athletes and teams.
