Our graduate students have gone on to serve in schools, clinics, hospitals, non-profit organizations or to research doctoral programs. Other students have chosen the undergraduate program in speech pathology and attend graduate school elsewhere.  100% of these undergrad students have been accepted into other graduate programs in the U.S.

Career possibilities for speech pathology and audiology graduates include:

  • Speech-language pathologist in schools or medical settings
  • Audiologist
  • Bilingual speech pathologist
  • University professor
  • Speech and hearing science researcher

Calvin's innovative five-year speech pathology bachelor's and master's degree program also equips students to join the workforce sooner than traditional speech pathology programs.

The audiology program is designed to prepare you to pursue a clinical doctorate after completing four years at Calvin.
