Austin Channing Brown in a sought-after blogger and speaker on topics of race and gender, and is a passionate advocate for racial reconciliation. Austin is the RD in Boer Bennink.

Krisin Kobes Du Mez has a PhD in American History with specialties in women's history and religious history from the University of Notre Dame. Her recent book, A New Gospel for Women: Katharine Bushnell and the Challenge of Christian Feminism, published by Oxford University Press in May, 2015, traces the remarkable life and innovative theology of Katharine Bushnell (1855-1946), an intrepid social reformer and anti-trafficking activist. Kristin's current research project, "Journey of Faith: A Religious History of Hillary Rodham Clinton," examines Clinton's Methodist faith, and brings to light the often hidden influences of progressive Christianity on American politics and society. 

Matthew C Halteman has a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, and is an associate professor in Calvin's philosophy department. He is also the Chair of the Animals and the Kingdom of God Lecture Series at Calvin College.
