Family Weekend open classes

Class is in session...for parents!

On Family Weekend Friday, parents are invited to visit classes with their students.

We recommend that your student check with their professors in advance to make sure that there will be no complications on that particular class day (e.g. a test being given) and that there is extra seating in the room to accommodate visitors.

Common courtesies for class visitors:

* Please arrive a few minutes before class starts and plan to stay for the entire period.

* Turn off cell phones, cameras, and other technology which may be distracting.

* Plan to observe the class but, unless invited by the professor, leave participation in class discussions for the student learners.
